Leaving H-E-B Changes the Resource Map
A former employee may no longer need:
today’s schedule;
available shifts;
current workplace requests.
Instead, the questions become:
Where is my W-2?
How do I get my final paystub?
What happens if my address is wrong?
H-E-B maintains a dedicated public Former Partners page for these needs.
That page is the better starting point than assuming current PartnerNet access solves everything.
2025 W-2 access in 2026
H-E-B’s current page gives specific instructions for accessing 2025 W-2 forms.
For certain former Partners— including those whose last day was before January 15, 2026, or those who elected printed W-2 delivery—H-E-B directs users to its designated tax-form provider and provides an employer code.
Because these instructions are tax-year specific, this article should be reviewed for every new W-2 season.
Do not assume 2026 instructions remain correct for the 2026 W-2 issued in 2027.
Authentication and one-time passcodes
Current H-E-B former-Partner instructions describe identity validation and one-time passcodes sent through available email or phone methods.
That is another reason an independent site should not reproduce the authentication form.
Identity verification belongs to the provider H-E-B identifies.
W-2 reprints
The current H-E-B page separately describes a W-2 reprint process for certain former Partners who had elected electronic delivery and left on or after the stated January 2026 cutoff.
The important editorial point is that:
original access
and:
requesting a reprint
can be different processes.
Last paystub
H-E-B also publicly describes how a former Partner can request a copy of the final check stub.
The current instructions require a written request containing identifying details and a return address, which is then sent through the contact methods H-E-B specifies.
Because the process involves sensitive identity information, follow the official page directly.
Do not submit that information to an unrelated “paystub lookup” site.
Form 1095-C
The former-Partner page also addresses Form 1095-C.
Current H-E-B information says the form is no longer automatically mailed to everyone under the updated federal requirements, while still describing methods for requesting a copy and noting state-specific situations.
Tax requirements can change, so authoritative H-E-B and government tax guidance should be used for individual filing questions.
Why this is not a PartnerNet article
PartnerNet belongs to active employee life.
Former-Partner document access belongs to post-employment records.
Those are different search intents.
Trying to combine them into one giant “PartnerNet everything” page would make both topics harder to use.
If you cannot receive your passcode
H-E-B’s current Former Partners page gives a Partner Service Center contact for assistance with one-time-passcode issues.
Use current official contact information rather than phone numbers copied into an old third-party article.
Security
Former employee information can include:
- tax records;
- home address;
- Social Security information;
- payroll details.
A legitimate editorial website has no reason to collect those documents.
Partner Workday Journal should always send readers toward the current official H-E-B process rather than becoming part of the identity-verification chain.
