Partner Workday Journal is an independent editorial publication explaining that employee-side layer of H-E-B.
Our starting point is PartnerNet, the employee resource H-E-B itself describes as an online resource for its Partners. H-E-B maintains PartnerNet alongside other Partner Services resources for former employees, Valued Partner Perks, service awards and retirees.
We are not H-E-B.
We do not operate PartnerNet.
We do not reset Partner passwords.
And we never need your H-E-B OnePass credentials in order to explain how the system works.
Start With PartnerNet
If you are trying to understand the platform rather than solve one specific problem, begin with H-E-B PartnerNet Explained.
The PartnerNet mobile app is an actively maintained H-E-B employee application. Its official Google Play listing was updated in August 2026 and describes it specifically as an app for H-E-B Partners.
PartnerNet matters because H-E-B is a very large employer. Current H-E-B newsroom material says the company has more than 175,000 Partners in Texas and Mexico and operates across stores, e-commerce, supply chain and other business areas.
A workforce of that size needs more than a bulletin board in the break room.

Current H-E-B access documentation distinguishes US Partners using OnePass from other types of users.
We therefore do not publish guessed login credentials or tell every visitor to use the same generic account process.
Your Schedule Is a Separate Question
Logging in and managing work are two different intents.
H-E-B careers content says the PartnerNet app helps Partners manage schedules and related work requests.

check what you are scheduled;
understand available shifts;
distinguish schedule information from manager approval;
know when a local leader or administrative process still needs to be involved.
The objective is not to reproduce internal screens.
It is to explain the work process around them.
PartnerNet Is Not the My H-E-B App
Employees are also customers, which creates an easy source of confusion.
The My H-E-B app is H-E-B’s customer-facing shopping application. H-E-B describes it in terms of grocery pickup and delivery, coupons, weekly ads, lists and in-store shopping assistance.
PartnerNet is the employee application.

Valued Partner Perks
H-E-B also operates the Valued Partner Perks program.
Current official information says eligible VPP participants receive a 10% discount on H-E-B Own Brand products plus periodic special offers.

H-E-B calls its employees Partners.

Former H-E-B employees have a different information path.
H-E-B maintains a current Former Partners page covering W-2 access, W-2 reprints, final paystub requests and tax-document questions.

That separation matters.
Someone who left H-E-B months ago and needs a W-2 should not have to read a long current-employee app guide to find the right resource.
Partner Benefits Beyond an App
PartnerNet is a tool.
It is not the entirety of working at H-E-B.
H-E-B’s current employment communications continue to reference benefits and programs including health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, the Partner Stock Plan, scholarships and career development for eligible Partners.

Security Matters
Workplace accounts can expose more than ordinary consumer information.
PartnerNet’s current Google Play data-safety disclosure says the app can collect personal information and other categories of data and that data is encrypted in transit.
H-E-B’s own VPP guidance also explicitly tells Partners to protect their login and password.
