Partner Workday Journal is an independent publication about workplace systems and employee resources surrounding H-E-B.

The publication is intended for current Partners, new hires, former Partners and people researching what the H-E-B employee environment looks like.

H-E-B operates a large and varied workforce. Current 2026 company material says it employs more than 175,000 Partners in Texas and Mexico.

That workforce spans very different working environments, yet many employees interact with common company systems and programs.
